How to delete your data from Wand and revoke access to connected platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

These instructions explain how to request deletion of data stored by Wand, including data connected from Facebook and Instagram accounts. They complement Section 14 of our Terms and Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion from Wand

Email wand@krds.fr with:

  • Your name and account email
  • The social platforms to disconnect (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
  • The data you want deleted (e.g., cached posts, tokens)

Revoke Facebook/Instagram access

  • Disconnect the platform in your Wand account settings.
  • Or revoke access directly in Facebook/Instagram account settings (Apps and Websites / Business Integrations).
  • After revocation, Wand immediately stops retrieving new data and queued jobs are halted.

Processing time and scope

  • Access token revocation: immediate upon disconnection.
  • Wand deletion: cached content and related data removed within 30 days of your request/disconnection.
  • Removal from Facebook/Instagram systems must be requested through those platforms per their policies.
